Standard lead time is 15-25 days depending on quantity and customization level. In-stock items can ship within 24 hours. Rush production is available upon request.

Yes, we offer full OEM/ODM customization. You can customize size, color, theme, LOGO, and add features. Free 3D design service is included with every order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal Invoice (for secure international payment) and Bank Transfer (T/T). A 50% deposit is required before production, with the balance due before shipping.
What is the warranty period?
The main body structure comes with a 3-year warranty. Accessories (blower, repair kit, etc.) have a 1-year warranty. We provide free repair patches and remote guidance for minor damages.
How is the equipment shipped and how long does delivery take?
We ship by sea (15-35 days), air (5-10 days), or express (3-7 days) depending on your location and urgency. Door-to-door delivery service is available for 30+ countries.
What material do you use and how long does it last outdoors?
We use Plato 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin for the main body and 0.9mm PVC for slide surfaces. With proper care, our products last 5+ years outdoors with UV-resistant coating.
Do you provide installation instructions?
Yes, every product comes with a detailed installation manual and video guide. Setup typically takes 15-30 minutes with 2 people. We also offer remote assistance if needed.
Is your equipment certified for safety?
Yes, all our products are CE and EN14960 certified, and we undergo regular SGS third-party inspections. Materials are flame-retardant and tested for commercial use.
